However, Allah, in His wisdom and mercy, sent a great storm, and Jonah was swallowed by a large fish. In the depths of darkness and despair, Jonah sincerely repented, and Allah, seeing his repentance, saved him. The story of Jonah teaches the importance of sincere repentance and submission to the will of Allah.
