MING is shot to death while SHAN is rescued. FUNG is badly injured and he needs a blood transfusion so that he can have the operation. NIN finds an excuse to make SHAN exempt from blood testing. KIN pays FUNG a visit. He notices that FUNG and SHAN talk like lovers and thus laugh at them. KIN knows that SIU LAM is afraid of the curse and he tries his best to console her.
