FUNG feels too shame to go home. She wants to commit suicide and luckily HING saves her. SHING bluffs that he is going to earn a lot for the company if he closes a deal with some westerners. So he borrows more money from SUM. HING sees no future in the company and hands CHI everything that she has. She suddenly asks to cash in her shares and shocks everyone.
