CHIANG YUEN leaves Mao Kwong and CHIANG SING works hard in the company alone. CHIANG SING doesn't want to be manipulated by SHING-TIN and SZE-LAM. He finally takes the courage to resign as a way to fight against SHING-TIN. CHIANG YUEN gives up fighting with SHING-TIN in the court. FA-LA's company is closed and everybody is depressed.
