As Greene explores the facility, he stumbles upon a room that looks like a mushroom-lovers heaven. Next, Greene gets a chance to pick a fresh portabella mushroom and he samples the meat of this massive mushroom. He quickly learns why one portabella mushroom can be considered a meal. Finally, you will see how the mushrooms get cut, cleaned, sliced, diced and shipped to your local super market.
